Scope
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, dispatched and delivered.
Order processing
Orders for standard products are processed within 1–4 business days after payment. Custom‑made orders are processed within 1–4 weeks, depending on quantity and complexity. We will notify you if there is an unexpected delay.
Delivery methods and times
We deliver to Lithuania, EU and non‑EU countries via parcel terminals and courier services. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are:
- Lithuania: 1–5 business days (longer during holidays).
- Latvia & Estonia: 5–15 business days.
- Other EU countries: 5–20 business days.
- Non‑EU countries: 5–30 business days.
These are indicative times. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen method. We offer free shipping to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia for orders between €79 and €250. Carts above €250 are considered bigger volume orders and pricing is calculated separately. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees for deliveries outside the European Union are the customer’s responsibility.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you take possession of the Goods. Until then, we remain responsible.
