About Us

Baltic Woodcrafts is a family-owned woodturning business producing high-quality mass-produced wooden parts for crafters worldwide.

Where it all began

Our story started the way many good ones do - in a garage. Židrūnas, our father, has been turning wood since childhood, and today he’s our master craftsman, handling everything from cutting wood stock to maintaining the machines that keep our work precise.

In 2017, his son Alanas added a small website and a handful of products, turning a personal craft into a growing family business. Soon a storage shed became a workshop, our mother Edita joined in with shipping and customer support, and medgaminiai.lt evolved into what we’re now proud to call Baltic Woodcrafts - the same hands, the same care, just a clearer vision and a wider reach.

It’s all in the turn

We don’t just sell wood parts - we make them from scratch. Our wood comes from local sawmills, specially cut and dried just for us. We haul it ourselves, prep it, sharpen our own tools, and turn each piece on our lathes.

The parts we create aren’t finished products - they’re building blocks for something bigger. Need a drilled hole? A size tweak? Advice on finishing? We’ve got you. And unlike CNC-processed parts from China, our parts are smooth, polished, and turned with the grain - not against it.

How we craft our products

Cut wood blanks prepared for woodturning in workshop

Selecting natural wood

We begin with carefully chosen Baltic hardwood, valued for its natural beauty, strength, and workability.

Shaping the raw material

The wood is cut, dried, and prepared into blanks that form the foundation for precise wooden parts.

Careful packing

Products are packed with care so they reach you clean, undamaged, and ready to use.

Small family, real craft

That’s us in the graphic - a small family team that lives and breathes this work. A mother helping with packing and support, a father with decades of experience at the lathe, and a son who brought the craft online. Every piece passes through our hands, gets checked, and only ships when it meets our standards.

Our customers trust us because we value quality and responsiveness. This isn’t just a business for us - it’s a craft, a shared passion, and a promise to deliver well-made wooden details to makers across Europe and beyond.
