Returns

1. Return period and eligibility

You have 14 days from the day of receipt of the Goods to decide whether to return them. To be eligible for a return, the Goods must be unused, unassembled, in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging with all accessories. Products marked as final sale or custom‑made to your specifications are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, please complete our Self-Service Return available at Account page for specific order or email us zidrunas@balticwoodcrafts.com with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and a return authorisation number. Do not send back Goods without contacting us first.

3. Return shipping costs

Unless the Goods are defective or we made an error, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We may, at our discretion, cover the return shipping in exceptional cases. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for Goods lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. If you return the entire order, we will refund the original shipping cost you paid. If only part of the order is returned, the initial shipping cost is non‑refundable. We may withhold the refund until we receive the Goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, finish or wood type, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may be treated as a new custom order. Additional charges or lead times may apply.

6. Defective or damaged items

If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect Goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs. Faulty Goods must be returned to us for inspection unless we advise otherwise.

7. Non‑returnable items

Custom‑made Goods, personalised items, products sold as final sale, used or assembled items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Consumable goods that have been opened or used are also non‑returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
